Data Distributing Return Policy
Product may be returned for replacement or credit in the following manner:
Returns to Data Distributing must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Before returning any item fill out the online “RMA Form” www.datadistributing.com – found under “Support”, or phone the Data Distributing Customer Service Department 800-635-6779 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All returns and credits are subject for review.
RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number.
All returned items must be in “as new” condition, in original packaging (including all manuals and accessories, if applicable). A copy of the RMA form should be included inside the shipping box.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns for overstocks or wrong product ordered. Custom printed product may not be returned for these reasons. We reserve the right to not authorize returns of special order items, slow moving or obsolete product.
A 20% restocking fee may be charged if product returning is non-defective and un-opened. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
A re-packaging fee for products returned that are not in the original manufacturers packaging will be billed.
When Data Distributing receives the authorized returned product(s), the RMA will be completed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credits to be processed to your account for the authorized returned product. All credits exclude shipping & handling charges.
Software returns will be accepted for credit only if the product is unopened. Non-defective software that has been opened will not be accepted by Data Distributing for return. Returned defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only.

All returns must be shipped via UPS, Federal Express, or any other method that issues a tracking number.
Anytime after the first 30 days on invoice, all returns and replacements may be handled directly with the manufacturer’s warranties which vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
