Troubleshooting steps if clickonce does not work

Troubleshoot 1:

Check the time and time zone on the PC that has vertex server installed and compare it to the PC you are trying to launch clickonce on, make sure they are identical.

Troubleshoot 2: 

Go into computer management

Select services and application

Select Internet information Services

Select request filtering

Make sure the .config extension is set to true

Troubleshoot 3: 

Hold the windows button on the keyboard and press the R key.

Type Services.msc in the search bar and press enter.

Locate the Vertex service in the services list and click Start.
